Set on Rarotonga’s beautiful Arorangi Sunset Coast, Blu is an all-day beachside restaurant and bar shaped around good food, refreshing drinks, warm island hospitality and one of the best views in the house.
The style is modern and international, with tropical ingredients and Pacific influences woven throughout. Expect fresh seafood, vibrant vegetables, premium meats, relaxed favourites and beautifully finished desserts—all thoughtfully prepared and served in a setting that feels unmistakably Rarotonga.

As daylight softens and the sky begins to change, Blu transforms into an elegant yet relaxed setting for dinner in Rarotonga.
